As of October 13, 2015, Versa Integrity Group, Inc., is proud to announce that we have completed an acquisition with Renegade Testing & Inspection, Inc. (RTI). RTI has two locations based in Florida one in Tampa and the other in Orlando. This acquisition will strategically expand Versa’s footprint into the Florida marketplace. These two central locations will be a springboard to fuel our expansion northward into the Florida panhandle region and to the southern markets. With the addition of RTI, we aim to strengthen the Versa brand and reputation into the many port locations of Florida surrounding oil and gas assets, and the nuclear industry.

RTI brings many years of experience in non-destructive inspection services, general inspection services, QA/QC Projects, and Welder procedure qualifications/certifications. We are all very excited about this new strategic alliance to the company and would like to announce the leadership team that will be in place:
